A long time member of ALFA and ALAG, we value the input of experienced administrators like you and have tailored our training to meet the specific needs of elder care professionals. Our friendly, qualified instructors don’t just read from a book or lecture your staff; they really talk with them to make sure that they are confident and prepared in the case of an emergency.

Our classes are taught at your community, scheduled at your convenience. Weekday, evening and Saturday classes are available. All training meets the requirements established by DHR/DSS. Minimum class size required.

Courses

CPR and First Aid - Group Rate: $20 per person; Individual Rate: $25 per person

Hands on CPR Training builds confidence in skills learned. Your staff will be prepared to assess and handle the types of emergencies that frequently occur with seniors: falls, strokes, diabetes and more. Two year certification earned.

CPR, AED and First Aid for Direct Support Professionals - Group rate: $35 per person; Individual Rate: $40 per person

Course includes Adult & Child CPR/AED and First Aid. Infant CPR available upon request. Meets the requirements outlined by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) for Non-Medical Staff. Includes American Heart Association Heartsaver AED (CPR/AED) plus first aid.

Bloodborne Pathogens

Training helps students understand what bloodborne pathogens are and how risks of exposure can be reduced for themselves and others.
