If you signed up for a CPR and First Aid or Fire Safety class already but need to change your registration, please fill out the form to request to be rescheduled for a future class time.

This form is for people who have already registered and paid for an online or in-person CPR/First Aid or Fire Safety class who just need to change their registration. Use this form to change your date, cancel your training or switch your registration to another person.
If you have not already registered/paid for the class, please register here. If you were planning on attending a class at your facility but missed it, then you will need to sign up for a class on our calender.
