First Response is a one stop shop for all your training needs. We provide CPR, First Aid, AED, Fire Safety, BLS and Bloodborne Pathogens training across Georgia and South Carolina. We come to your facility at whatever time is convenient for you and your team. We also provide online blended options that meet Bright From The Start and South Carolina Endeavours Guidelines. These are great for those that don’t have enough for the minimum or just want the added convenience of doing it at home.

We Know Your Needs

Over our over 23 years of experience, we have designed our classes specifically for who we serve. Meaning, you learn about what is important for your industry, and we understand the needs of your industry. We work with a wide range of customers in all industries, but we have a special expertise with Childcares, Senior Livings, and Private Schools. Over a 2-year period, we will teach in about 2,500 childcare facilities and about 2,000 elder care facilities. However, we work with many other types of industries and we will have a course that will work great for you.

Since we teach in many facilities and have over 179 years of combined experience across our instructors, you get a much higher level course than if you tried to do it yourself. We bring in ideas, stories, and experiences from across the areas we teach, which helps improve the overall level of the training. Which, in turn, improves how your team will respond in case of an emergency.

We Save You Time

At First Response, we know how busy you are, so we take on much of the administrative tasks associated with safety training. We do this by keeping a record of your certification cards over the time they are valid for in case you need a replacement cards. Replacement Cards are always free even if they took a class with us at another facility. As well as dealing with the certification systems that can be very time consuming, so you don’t have to. Especially with the new and difficult Fire Safety System in Georgia. Where we handle all that headache for you.

We Save You Money

We have many affordable options to meet your training needs. We believe helping people become heros is our mission, so we work hard to keep our prices low so cost isn’t a barrier. With our classes starting at $25 a person you get a high-quality training that fits your needs at the price you can afford.

Since we teach in so many facilities across Georgia and South Carolina, if you have a new team member that took the class with us and their card is still valid, we can get you their certificate even if the old job still has the original. That way, you don’t have to pay to retrain them.
